Short post this one. Tomiko and I went out to Comox last night for a meal at Thyme of the Ocean. We shared a pizza, pasta and salad and it was all superb, especially the pizza, i don't quite know how they get their crusts so good. However the lemon tart we had for dessert is what this post is about. If you haven't had it yet i suggest you log off this second and sprint down to try it. It is truly exceptional. Awesome work guys, it was easily worth the hill up into Comox.
