Quality Coffee
We've got a brand new, two group Synesso machine, one of the finest espresso makers in the world. It is a sleek, shiny, solid structure of stainless steel, hand sculpted in Seattle. Through this, at 9 bars of pressure ,we push the finest quality coffee beans, roasted at Discovery Coffee in Victoria. Come down to the store and we will gladly talk all things coffee (or bikes) over a very high quality cup.
EspressoThe best way to test a coffee bar is a straight espresso. Not too bitter, not at all burnt. We serve two ounces of pure heaven in all our shots.
CoffeeAll our coffee is made on a French Press for the best brew coffee available. We regularly have a south or central American coffee as well as special African coffees.
TeaWe get all our tea from the Tea Center on 5th street. A wonderful supplier who keep us in a huge variety of quality teas.
AmericanoServed in 8oz or 12oz cups so as not to drown the taste of the shot. Note how the crema always remains intact on our Americanos.
Latte/Cappuccino
Light and silky. The milk is perfectly aerated to mix seemlessly with the espresso to give you a sweet, smooth taste all the way through your beverage.
MochaFor our Mochas we melt solid dark chocolate into warm milk and then blend it carefully with our espresso shot. The chocolate is from local company - World Community - and as anyone can attest, they are to die for. Available also in a chille infused spicy flavour.
